Moon Cycle Tincture
Moon Cycle Tincture
By far my favorite ally for PMS, painful periods, delayed menstruation, and cramps associated with my moon cycle. This blend is formulated to normalize menstrual bleeding while relieving painful cramps. Motherwort, Yarrow, and Mugwort are specifically indicated for this time of the month and work together to promote a healthy flow, but to also calm the nervous system, support the liver (an important organ for healthy hormone balance!), and relive other symptoms of PMS like aching breasts, mood swings, and irritability. California Poppy, Yarrow, and Ginger help to relieve painful cramps, spasms, and low back ache without making you excessively drowsy. This blend also helps to settle any discomfort in the digestive system like bloating, indigestion, etc. If you experience PMS, you can begin taking Moon Cycle in the days leading up to your period. Otherwise, take it daily as needed during your cycle. In my experience, I only need this on the first two days of my cycle, with two doses per day. Trust your body and your intuition.
