Initial WELLNESS Consultations are available for new clients only. Existing clients should refer to their follow up email for a private link to schedule their next appointment.

In our first session together, we will dive into your primary health concerns and create a plan specific to your needs. To schedule this session you must first complete a thorough intake form that allows me to get a clear picture of what is going on and what you would like to achieve during our work together. It is very important that you fill out this form with as much detail as possible so that I can prepare for your session before we meet. You may fill out your intake form upon booking or return to it after securing your appointment. On your scheduled date and time, we will convene together for an hour long video conference to discuss the concerns you shared in the initial questionnaire.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such an enjoyable and reassuring health consultation. Honestly, it was the absolute best consultation I’ve ever had. Sarah is so brilliant at this work! Thank you xx

After our call, I will send you recommendations to assist you with the concerns you shared with me. These recommendations will be tailored to your individual needs and may include lifestyle, nutritional, herbal, supplemental, physical, spiritual, and follow-up/referral suggestions. Cost of supplements, herbs and other products, if suggested, are an additional expense and are not included in the appointment price. Often I am able to create a unique herbal preparation just for you but if I do not have the materials currently available or you require a different offering, I will send you a recommendation through Wellevate, Five Flavors Herbs, or refer you to a practitioner I know and trust.

Once you receive your protocol and products, I recommend scheduling bi-weekly or monthly follow ups for continued support. This work takes time and by checking in regularly, we can ensure that your protocol is working for you and make changes as needed. Follow up sessions also allow us to dive deeper into the root causes of imbalance that are causing you stress – this allows us to work together in a much more holistic and effective way.

The cost for an initial 1-hour consultation is $95, and 60 minute follow-up sessions are available as needed. All sessions are held on a free video platform called Zoom and you will see a link to your appointment on the confirmation page. If you live in the Atlanta area, you are welcome to visit my home office for your appointment. Please email me for that info.

Consultations are for individuals 18 or older. If you do not show up at the time of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments can only be rescheduled 24 hours prior to our time together.

About Sarah

My work as an Herbalist blossomed from experimentation with plants to support my own experiences of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, Celiac Disease, and the complexities of how my autoimmune disorder affects my health. I have been studying herbalism for over seven years and have focused my studies on Clinical Herbalism through The Herbal Academy and School of Evolutionary Herbalism. I am also a student member of the American Herbalists Guild and am currently being mentored by Clara Bitcon.

In addition to my herbal studies, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with my first two years of coursework completed with the intent of becoming a Registered Dietitian; a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the College of Purna Yoga with an additional certification in Restorative Yoga and over two hundred contact hours teaching students; I am a Certified Biddy Tarot Professional reader; and I have extensively studied lifestyle practices and spiritual philosophies to enhance my practice with clients.

With all of that said, I am not a doctor, nor a licensed professional of any kind. My practice began at the start of 2019 and I am still very much at the beginning of my herbal career. These sessions are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease. You are encouraged to speak with your healthcare provider about all herbal remedies you choose to use.
