Herbal Consultation Scheduling

Initial Herbal Consultations are available for new clients. Existing clients should refer to their follow up care email for a private link to schedule follow-ups. In our initial session together, we will dive into your primary health concerns and create a plan specific to your needs. To schedule this session you must first complete a thorough intake form that allows me to get a clear picture of what is going on and what you would like to achieve during our work together. It is very important that you fill out this form with as much detail as possible so that I can prepare for your session before hand. On your scheduled date and time, we will convene together for an hour long video conference to discuss all that you have shared so far in a supportive, empowering manner. We will also work together to create an individualized plan to help address your concerns.

Depending on your unique needs, your plan may include lifestyle, nutritional, herbal, supplemental, physical, yogic, spiritual, and follow-up/referral suggestions. Cost of supplements, herbs and other remedies, if suggested, are an additional expense and are not included in the appointment price. Often I am able to create a unique herbal preparation just for you but if I do not have the materials currently available or you require a different offering, I will send you a recommendation through my online dispensary.

The cost for an initial 1-hour consultation is $55, and 30-minute follow-up sessions are available as needed. These sessions are held on a free video platform called Zoom and you will see a link to your appointment on the confirmation page. If you are located in the Atlanta area and prefer an in-person session, please contact me here to arrange a meeting at my home. In-person meetings may also include work with Tarot, Herbal Preparation Instruction, and Private Yoga Sessions.

My work as a herbalist blossomed from experimentation with plants to support my own experiences of anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue, Celiac Disease, and the complexities of how my autoimmune disorder affects my health. I have been studying herbalism for over seven years and have completed over three hundred hours of formal education with The Herbal Academy and School of Evolutionary Herbalism. In addition to my herbal studies, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with a focus on Dietetics; a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the College of Purna Yoga with an additional certification in Restorative Yoga and over two hundred contact hours teaching students; I am a Certified Biddy Tarot Professional reader; and I have extensively studied lifestyle practices and spiritual philosophies to enhance my practice with clients. I am also a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild. With all of that said, I am not a doctor, nor a licensed professional of any kind. These sessions are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease. You are encouraged to speak with your healthcare provider about all herbal remedies you choose to use.
