You deserve to feel well.
It is your birthright to come to know the sacred language of plants as allies for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. You deserve to have support on your healing journey from someone who understands what you’re going through. A practitioner who trusts and honors your body’s innate intelligence and ability to heal itself.
In our work together, I serve as your bridge to the plant realm – guiding you one on one through your own healing path to help you experience true vitality and vibrant wellness every day.
Are wellness consultations right for you?
I have seen my clients make powerful transformations through our work together…from soothing their anxious dispositions, discovering the root causes of their digestive distress, coming into a more positive relationship with their body, to navigating the murky waters of their stressors with ease.
As a holistic practitioner and Clinical Herbalist, my work centers around the use of herbs for wellbeing but I also bring in supplementation, food-focused interventions, and lifestyle shifts to help you create a self-care practice that is suited to your individual wants and needs. These wellness consultations are wonderful for you if:
You are seeking support with an existing condition.
Feel intuitively drawn to holistic models of wellness.
You’re struggling with food intolerances, digestive woes, period pain, or fatigue and you just can’t figure it out.
Are interested in learning the Fertility Awareness Method in a format that is inclusive to all gender identities and sexual orientations.
Having more ease and less overwhelm when it comes to navigating your health sounds like a dream come true.
You’re tired of being overlooked or disregarded by the modern medical system.
You are looking for a personalized solution specifically for you vs a one-size-fits-all, general approach.
You are ready to do the long-term work to create positive change in your life and health.
My personal areas of focus are menstrual health, digestive discomfort, stress/anxiety, and specifically Celiac Disease as it is something I personally suffer from. With that said, I am trained to support all bodies and aim to provide inclusive care for all people.
I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. As a fertility awareness method educator, I am deeply aware that this method tends to be marketed exclusively to heterosexual, cis-women. I’m really adamant about smashing this paradigm and am committed to providing supportive care to all of my clients regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation.
Work with Me
Through all of our work together you can expect one-on-one, completely customized support to help you navigate your health challenges. Each package begins with a 90-minute intake session to gather information and help me understand what you’re experiencing. During this session, we’ll explore your entire health history, your wellness goals, lifestyle factors, and more so that I can create a holistic wellness plan just for you. Within one weeks of our intake session, we will meet for a follow up to talk through your holistic health overview and personalized protocol.
In this follow-up session, you will receive your wellness plan which may include handcrafted herbal recommendations, dietary supplements, nutrition plans, and lifestyle practices to enhance your self-care practice. After this follow up session, we will meet with one another in four weeks to review your progress, discuss challenges, and make adjustments as needed so that you can experience vibrant wellness in all aspects of your life. During our time together you will also have access to me via e-mail on Tuesdays-Fridays from 10-4pm EST for any urgent questions or concerns.

My books will be open again in January 2020. I look forward to working with you!
Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question that you don’t see answered here? Contact me directly and I’ll be in touch soon!
Where are these sessions held?
We’ll meet through Zoom, a free video calling platform that works on your computer or mobile device.
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely! Payments may be made in full or split up into 2-3 payments depending on your preferences and financial situation. Sliding scale rates are also available on an as-needed basis depending on how many clients I am currently seeing. If you are in need of financial assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to me personally so we can discuss your options.
How do I get my supplements and herbs?
If you are located in the United States, I will send you your herbal recommendations either from my personal apothecary or through my partners at Five Flavors Herbs. US clients will also be connected to my portal with Wellevate for other supplementation. If you are outside of the United States, we will get creative! Either I will connect you with an herbalist locally to you who can compound the formulas I create for you or I will send you formulation instructions so that you do a little kitchen witchin’ and make your own blends.
Do you work with clients outside of the United States?
I sure do! Some of my clients are in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and other parts of the world! If you don’t see an open spot on my calendar that will work for you because of the timezone difference, just shoot me an email and we’ll figure something out.
My Promise to You
This work is powerful, exciting, and life-changing – but it can also be intense, requires commitment, and accountability to your wellness goals.
I promise to be there with you every step of the way, guiding you through our wins and challenges alike, to help you come out on the other side feeling more vibrant and whole. And while I can’t guarantee what results you may experience, I can promise to show up for you for the entire process, to lend an open and judgment-free ear, to hold a safe container for you to express yourself, and to teach you valuable self-care tools to carry long beyond our work together.
All I need from you is the promise that you will also show up for your own healing and give 100% to our work together.
